Implement Azure Functions to enhance chatbot functionalities. Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub. Oversee Azure App Service and Storage for chatbot hosting and data storage. Lead team members in configuring and maintaining the Azure platform. Provide regular reports on technical progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Collaborate with various teams to define user stories and tasks for agile development. Act as a liaison between the program and clients to drive the development of new AI concepts. Required Skills: 8-10 years of experience in software development. 5+ years of experience building chatbots with Azure Bot Framework. Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, JavaScript, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.). In-depth knowledge of Azure services and integrations. Experience in developing, releasing, and maintaining software solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork abilities, interpersonal skills, and customer focus. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills: Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, SOAP, REST, and JSON technologies. Experience working in PaaS/SaaS environments. Ability to advise and influence technical decisions. Strong organizational skills and understanding of project management lifecycles.
