Kindly find the below-mentioned job description and if interested, share your updated resume at [email protected] Role : VMware Administrator Location : Hartford, CT Hybrid Visa : USC, GC, H4EAD Hybrid Role , Candidate must be local to CT Job Description Provide server and related infrastructure support to the Connecticut Department of Public Health State Laboratory, which is implementing new laboratory information management systems and a new high-performance computing device for genomic sequencing work Installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and operating systems Administration and management of VMWare infrastructure like vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and virtual machines. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability. Implementing security measures, including backups, and data protection. Managing software updates, patches, and system upgrades. Automating administrative tasks and creating scripts for system management.
