Please let me know your interest in the below role- DATA SCIENTIST III Location: GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO(Hybrid) Duration: 6+ months Visa: USC,GC, GCEAD,H4EAD & OPT DATA SCIENTIST III - GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Data Scientist III who will be dedicated to supporting, collecting telemetry, and drawing analytical insights for our Telecommunication Clients entire reliability program. This team is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and ensuring the reliability of their internet service. This consultant will be in the weeds, going through Big Data (millions to billions of records worth of data sets) pulling telemetry directly from the router in order to find actual issues on the network & Identify the pockets that pose the biggest challenges to their network reliability so that their team / other teams can build out processes to address those reliability issues and improve the network for the future Must Have Skills: Strong Data Science experience (5+ years) Looking for someone with strong experience creating algorithms to develop data models and create ways to understand all of the data their taking in Statistical Modeling, forecasting experience In-depth data analytics and development capabilities Tools Skills: SQL experience Excel experience R language experience Nice to Have Skills: Telecom Experience Internet, Modem, Router knowledge - big nice to have but not required as the team can train them up on this Data Visualization experience Tableau PowerBI Education/Certification Requirements: Data Science Degree - big plus or equivalent experience Day to day responsibilities: First few weeks / months: After getting the consultant up to speed on the Reliability Program as well as technical side of things, the first thing they're going to do is look at the telemetry (data collected directly from their routers) portion of their wireline quality score they have in place and find similarities or recurring issues that impacts their customer experience Telemetry Modem collects information every 5 mins which will be sent to massive data sets which this consultant will sift through directly "Hey I have X amount of error codes related to the signal to noise ratio being weak" etc. - reviewing a myriad of information about the modem coming from the modem itself, and trying to use that information to see if there are similarities to the issues that customers call and complain about Determining things like "Is this issue causing the modem to "keel over" and give the customer a bad experience" - they will then work with their CPE, NetOps, etc. teams to say "hey, we're seeing these things in the data, if it is a problem for you then lets update the firmware and provisioning to make sure they fix the problem" type of work Wants to bolster the reliability of the product and know that the reliability is pretty good, but trying to get it as perfect as possible by identifying recurring defects or issues Thanks & Regards, Deepshikha Dixit | Lead HR DRK America LLC |Naperville, IL 60563 [email protected] Keywords: rlang information technology green card Colorado Illinois DATA SCIENTIST II GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO(Hybrid) Local - USC,GC, GCEAD,H4EAD & OPT [email protected] |
