| Healthcare IT Delivery Manager/PM Location: Chicago (preferred), Richardson, TX (alternate)-- Onsite/Hybrid NO REMOTE Assistant IT Product Manager Contract to Hire only Must have USC, GC, GC-EAD Description: Healthcare Experience is great to have Job Purpose: This position is a senior IT delivery role responsible for end-to-end delivery of portfolio programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues. Required Job Qualifications 8+ years Information Technology, including 4+ years project management experience. Managing multiple projects in parallel and managing large sized programs * Program / project management * Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving * SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development. * Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages. * Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS. * Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process. * Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP. * Business acumen. * Customer relationship management. * Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment. * Oral & written communications.. * Vendor / SLA management. * Ability to influence. * Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Ability to influence. * Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions. * Adaptability and/or ability to manage change. * Creative thinking. * Leadership -- Effectively leads teams & people. * Problem solving / analytical thinking. * Teamwork and collaboration. Preferred Job Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology Experience managing large projects across product teams. Experience managing development teams throughout the entire development lifecycle. Experience managing and mentoring resources.
