The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the HR needs of our clients on an international scale. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes, requirements, and objectives. Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Document Management. Develop and implement HR workflows, automation, and integrations with third-party systems. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate HR teams on utilizing ServiceNow functionalities effectively. Customize ServiceNow portals and dashboards to enhance the user experience for HR professionals and employees. Provide guidance and best practices for HR enterprise and journey management initiatives. Conduct assessments and health checks of existing ServiceNow HR implementations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Stay updated on ServiceNow platform releases, features, and industry trends related to HR service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HR) certification preferred. Minimum of [X] years of experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules. Proficiency in ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API. Experience with HR enterprise and journey management, including process design, employee lifecycle management, and HR service delivery optimization.
