Candidate MUST HAVE A&D / discrete manufacturing experience. experience as a Team Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography. specific SAP module configuration and deployment experience: Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Government Property Management (GPM) o Must be experienced with these modules in a complex OEM Aviation, Aerospace & Defense manufacturer (preferred), although experience in Automotive or Industrial Products (e.g., Caterpillar, John Deere, etc.) is also applicable. o Must be familiar with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) o Must understand Government Resource Related Billing (RRB), Contract holdback & DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to achieve CAS compliance. o Familiarity with Actual Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Workforce Authorization Management (WAM) and Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements. o Dassian experience a plus. Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio o Maintain a forward looking vision for how customer drives the most value from their existing investment in SAP software o Identify relevant blind spots and provide targeted PoV/recommendations to mitigate this includes addressing impact of items on SAPs simplification list Responsibilities of Role: Collaborate in the development and articulation of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives from process SME and S/4HANA perspectives Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing ERP functions associated with business operations.
