Work with the Sapio team to develop and deploy solutions for the customer. Understands customers business case, current state and implementation roadmaps Interpret customer requests and translate them into functional requirements (recognize the distinction between user requests from the underlying true needs) Helps clarify details, questions and formalizes use cases between customer and Solution Architects. Work closely with the customer to understand the business requirements and processes. Configure the Sapio products to meet the time, budget, quality, and customer success criteria. Train customers on the configuration and use of the Sapio products Support customers in the subsequent implementation of the configuration Support Project Managers in the delivery of customer projects Follow Sapio agile deployment methodology.
