| Title: Project Coordinator Location: Sunrise, FL(Hybrid) Rate : $60/hr c2c Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension (s) ALL Visa/Locals Only Must-have skills: exp managing project vendor partners, educational exp. Requirements: Availability to work occasionally at the Clients site in Sunrise, FL (required); Experience working as Project Coordinator. Experience with managing project vendor partners; Experience with planning and participating in site walk-throughs, involving key vendors, SSEP representatives, and school administrators; Experience with obtaining and reviewing placement maps from vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements; Experience with coordinating purchase order receipt confirmation with vendors; Experience with allocating equipment to workers and completing necessary transfer documentation; Experience with initiating inspection calls, validating final results, and reviewing project completion reports for payment readiness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Orient project vendor partners to District protocols and procedures Facilitate communication regarding payment processes, invoicing submissions, and collaboration with inspectors Liaise with school principal and Safety Security & Emergency Preparedness (SSEP) representatives to schedule site walks Plan and participate in site walk-throughs, involving key vendors, SSEP representatives and school administrators Obtain and review placement maps from vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements Obtain approval from school administration and safety personnel for proposed maps Identify additional requirements with vendors (e.g., switches, UPS).
