Job Title: SAP SAM Lead Location: Remote with travel Richmond, VA (expenses paid) (20%) Duration: 9+ months Responsibilities: must-have skills for this role 1. Solid understanding of SSAM architecture and configuration 2. Solid understanding of SSAM integration with SAP FSM & SAP S4 systems 1. Accountable for the SSAM solution, this includes Application configuration, Testing, and deployment. 2. Field questions and inquiries from Business Stakeholders regarding SSAM functionality. 3. Support integration readiness between SSAM, SAP FSM & SAP S4/HANA e.g., smoke test readiness, and data mapping. 4. Support testing activities as needed. Define expected results and data requirements for tests. 5. Ensure that all test conditions cover all requirements and are documented at a consistent level of detail. 6. Attends daily defect calls. Works with the Defect Coordinator to guide the recording of defect disposition severities. 7. Ensure quality, accuracy, standards, and best practices are applied. 8. Facilitate Change Requests Discussions & document CRs, KDDs, etc. 9. Assess risks and develop mitigating strategies. 10.
