Job Title: Cloud Security Engineer Location: 100% Remote( Must be from Houston, TX) Duration: 6+ Months Hire Method: Video GC/USC ! ( LinkedIn Must) No: h1b Details: The Cloud Security Engineer will develop and implement security architectures in Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, and Office 365. This position will directly contribute to implementing the global enterprise cloud security strategy. The Cloud Security Engineer will partner with senior staff to ensure open lines of communication and a clear understanding of objectives and project solutions delivery. The successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which are required for partnering with internal resources. Responsibilities: Design and manage cloud systems, applications, and policies. Develop and modify current architecture to support the IAAS and PAAS platforms. Incorporate security management and privacy requirements into software and applications. Evaluate cloud solutions and identify opportunities for process and design improvements. Audit, Identify, and mitigate security vulnerabilities in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle) Provides leadership and communicates solutions to the business on advanced technical projects, which require an understanding of the business and technical and security knowledge. Strong understanding of designing, implementing, and securing Azure resources such as Virtual Networks, Storage accounts, virtual machines, API, and databases. Configure Azure Identity and Access Management, set up role-based access control (RBAC) Managing apps, including apps that integrate with Azure AD, involves configuring app settings, permissions, access control, and monitoring. Implement and manage offerings and capabilities within Microsoft Azure platform and Office 365, AWS, and Oracle software development (Application Security), data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) Troubleshoot Enterprise cloud security applications. Prepare and document standards, project plans, implementation plans, and strategic plans for ABM Cloud environments. Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated. Technical writing experience Strong experience with virtual firewalls in the cloud environment Implement security architectures for cloud cloud/hybrid systems. Thoroughly document implementations via technical documentation and run books. Provide input and feedback on security architectures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (computer science, information security) 7+ years of designing and managing cloud systems, applications, and policies.
