Position: Azure Machine Learning (ML) Location: Pittsburgh,PA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Skill Set: Terraform, Gitlab, linux admin, Azure and GCP fundamentals, deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using AKS or OCP, Monitor system performance, availability, and security metrics using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.Role and responsibilities: Ensure High Availability and Reliability Maintain uptime of cloud services above 99.9% by implementing robust monitoring, proactive maintenance, and rapid incident response procedures. Develop and execute disaster recovery and failover strategies to minimize service disruptions and ensure business continuity. Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance to meet growing demands and adapt to changing business needs. Enhance Security and Compliance Implement BNY Mellon benchmarks, encryption, access controls, and identity management to safeguard data and resources. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities. Improve Efficiency and Cost Optimization Optimize resource utilization and allocation through automation, workload balancing, and rightsizing of instances to minimize costs while maintaining performance. Implement cost monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track cloud spending, identify cost drivers, and implement cost-saving measures. Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Support Provide timely and effective support to internal stakeholders and customers by maintaining SLAs, establishing clear communication channels, and prioritizing critical issues. Gather feedback from users to identify pain points, areas for improvement, and emerging requirements to enhance the quality of services and support. Continuously monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to address concerns, improve user experience, and build trust and confidence in the services provided.
