Role: Servicenow HRSC Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite) - Need within 30 miles radius Duration:12+ Description: Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow HRSC configurations. Configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules including HR case management, employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes. Customize HRSC workflows, forms, and fields to meet specific business needs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRSC with other systems and tools as needed. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSC users, including resolving issues and answering user inquiries. Develop and maintain documentation related to HRSC configurations, processes, and procedures. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, patches, and best practices for HR service delivery. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for HRSC enhancements and upgrades.
