You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize forms, consolidate workspaces, and refine data synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing global lead scoring programs, ensuring GDPR compliance, segmenting leads, leveraging dynamic content, and enhancing reporting capabilities. (Contract) Role: - Marketing Operations Specialist Location: Minneapolis, MN or Phoenix, AZ (remote options may be considered) Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Key Responsibilities: Align existing administrative settings with Marketo-provided Gold Standard best practices. Review and update channel setup, tagging structure, and program naming conventions. Consolidate Marketo workspaces and establish standardized folder structures. Consult on data cleanliness and introduce best practice data normalization programs. Implement global lead scoring programs and ensure GDPR compliance. Create standard segmentations for Division/GBE and Country. Leverage dynamic content for header/footer snippets and introduce program templates.
