Works with the user to identify and troubleshoot application issues. Provide project support on the Kronos Time capture system to replace old time clocks. Configure the new clocks (238) in the application. Assist with physical clock configuration/staging (remote troubleshooting support), enrollment coordination and reporting on progress. Interface with users, vendors, and IT staff to coordinate implementation and operation. Work with users, associates and vendors to identify and troubleshoot clock issues. Skills Kronos Workforce Central 8.1.X - Workforce Device Manager Administration Required 2 Years Kronos InTouch / InTouch DX Setup Required 2 Years Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL Required 2 Years Microsoft Office 365 Required 3 Years Network Topoligy |
