Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Required Experience: 7+ years of IT work experience, including a minimum of four (4) years of project management experience, or working with a Project Management Office 5+ years of experience managing projects in accordance with the PMIs standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) 3+ years of IT strategy and planning experience; 3+ years of experience managing application development projects; Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff Experience using the Scrum framework to manage at least one (1) project; Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions; Experience managing documentation in Microsoft (MS) SharePoint; Experience with the Information Systems Development Methodologies (ISDM); and Experience with state government projects.
