Role: GCP Architect Location: Onsite- candidate must be either in San Jose, CA or RTP, NC Duration: 11 Months Experience: 10-12 years of experience Responsibilities: Utilize extensive experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as a hands-on developer. Analyze current systems and propose transformational solutions. Collaborate closely with Data and Analytics teams to assess the suitability of GCP or Snowflake. Establish GCP data models to address the defined scope of work. Work alongside subject matter experts (SMEs) in the data domain to comprehend metrics and regulations, ensuring reconciliation across various platforms. Provide training to existing resources proficient in SAP HANA/Snowflake. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a GCP Architect or similar role, with 10-12 years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in working with GCP, including hands-on development experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze existing systems and propose effective transformational solutions. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Data and Analytics. Proficiency in setting up GCP data models and ensuring alignment with project requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to train and mentor other team members.
