From: Garima, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Candidates must be on EST Program Manager Columbus, Ohio 3 12 month contract Remote Candidates must be on EST Resumes due Wednesday 04/10/2024 Required-: Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps to coordinate work 4+ years as a Scrum Master on a product team 4 + years of experience using the Scrum framework 5+ years overseeing vendor lead projects ensuring successful delivery of contract scope and deliverables. 7 + years designing & implementing project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget. 5+ years of previous experience in enterprise (10 project team members or budget greater than $500,000) program/project planning and management functi 4+ years of experience using Team Foundations Server or Azure DevOps to manage the product backlog and report team metrics. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with experience in Project Management. Experience with Azure DevOps for work management is required. Experience coaching new development teams and product owners to use scrum. Experience using SAFe is highly desirable. Must be comfortable holding the Scrum Master role for up to 2 teams and/or managing IT projects using waterfall and hybrid approaches. Good understanding of technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft, RPA or Snowflake please list Responsibilities-: Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements of various departments in the company, such as distribution, finance, and manufacturing. Designs project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. Accountable for activities with excess delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months. Accountable for the approval and sign-off of the program plan with customer representatives, such as portfolio managers, and all affected program stakeholders. Accountable for management of scope for the program and gaining agreement and approval of scope changes with customer representatives and affected stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives. Direct work planning and scheduling design work. Manage, and track the program progress against the program plan. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related issues and resolution of issues. Coordinate and present proposals to agencies as necessary. Identify and manage program risk and develop risk mitigation strategies, track closure. Ensure team leads adjust and revise estimates when necessary. Anticipate issues and proactively address them.
