Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of [X years, e.g., "3-5 years"] of experience in Java development and software engineering. Strong programming skills in Java and proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks. Hands-on experience with Kafka for building distributed, event-driven systems. Experience with AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
