Job Title: LMS Transformation Program Manager

Location: New York City, NY / Remote is fine for right resource

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Planning and Administration:

o

Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

o

Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.

o

Create and distribute clear project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.

o

Organize and manage project files and records to ensure a clear audit trail.

 

Communication and Collaboration:

o

Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

o

Facilitate effective communication and information flow throughout the project lifecycle.

o

Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to project managers as needed.

o

Conduct and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up and action items are addressed.

 

Resource Management:

o

Assist in allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials) efficiently.

o

Coordinate with different departments to secure necessary support for projects.

 

Risk and Issue Management:

o

Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

o

Track and manage project issues, working with the team to find solutions.

 

Continuous Improvement:

o

Contribute to the review and analysis of project performance.

o

Suggest process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Transformation of 3-4 LMS programs

Experience in Multi vendors, Multi stake holder, Multi Languages and Multi locations.

Good to have experience in proposal building.

Excellent project management and time management skills.

o

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent experience.

o

Excellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

o

Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

o

Team player: Must be collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

o

Problem-solving ability: Can think critically and propose solutions under pressure.

o

Proficiency in project management tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.

o

Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
