The Integration Lead will be responsible for leading the effort to develop custom integrations between SAP ECC Mini Master and SuccessFactors Onboarding to facilitate crossboarding and offboarding processes. This role will require a deep understanding of Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and the ability to interface effectively between Onboarding (ONB) functional leads, Employee Central (EC), integration developers, SuccessFactors (SF) architect, and the Project Manager (PM). The Integration Lead will have a customer-facing role, ensuring that the integration solution meets the customer's requirements and expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of custom integrations between SAP ECC Mini Master and SuccessFactors Onboarding to enable crossboarding and offboarding processes. Collaborate with ONB functional leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration development. Work closely with the SF architect to ensure alignment with best practices and architectural guidelines. Interface with EC team members to gather necessary data and ensure seamless integration between ECC and EC. Provide technical expertise and guidance to integration developers throughout the development lifecycle. Oversee the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Act as a liaison between the project team and the customer, providing regular updates on integration progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any integration issues or discrepancies. Document integration designs, configurations, and processes for reference and future maintenance. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to integration and cloud platforms, incorporating best practices into integration solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience (5+ years) in integration development and implementation, preferably with SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly crossboarding and offboarding, within the context of SAP ECC and SuccessFactors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and interface with customers. Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading integration projects from conception to completion. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certification in SAP Integration or related technologies is a plus. Overall, the Integration Lead will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of custom integrations between SAP ECC Mini Master and SuccessFactors Onboarding, ensuring seamless crossboarding and offboarding processes for the customer.
