This role requires close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams, and involves ongoing interaction with a variety of end-users and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an acute knowledge of SSRS and Tableau along with exceptional SQL and SSIS skills while possess 8-15 years of hands-on reports development experience along with various types of data repositories (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, data marts), metadata management, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ integration. Your role in our mission Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex SSRS and Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. Determine the best implementation method that will meet the design of the architect. Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team. Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations. Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides. Proven experience in developing and working with SSRS Reports and Tableau Dashboards Resolve support tickets related to SSRS and Tableau reports. Uses existing experience in healthcare or Medicaid to drive processes and improvements. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Report Development Certification is a plus. What were looking for: Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Advanced knowledge of SSRS and Tableau with strong knowledge of other reporting tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power Bi, for best practices in scalability, performance, content management and governance. Advanced understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization with an advanced knowledge understanding of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts Strong development skills in SSRS, Tableau, data analytics and visualizations. What you should expect in this role: Work remotely within the United States. May be required to work extended hours for special business needs.
