Location : Remote Role Overview: As a Jira/Jira Align & Tempo Plugin Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product development processes by managing and optimizing our Tempo Plugin, Jira and Jira Align platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with scaled agile project management methodologies (clear understanding of EPIC, Feature, Capabilities, etc.), possess relevant certifications, and demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate with executive stakeholders. Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain Jira and Jira Align instances to support the needs of our product development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement tailored solutions within Jira and Jira Align. Design and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance project visibility and team productivity. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to users across the organization. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Jira, Jira Align, and relevant plugins such as Tempo. Lead efforts to continuously improve processes and workflows within Jira and Jira Align. Serve as a subject matter expert on agile methodologies and project management practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Jira/Jira Align Administrator in a scaled agile environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is highly preferred. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Jira and Jira Align, including workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation rules. Experience with Tempo plugin is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
