You will work closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to design scalable and reliable cloud architectures, optimize performance and cost, and ensure the security and compliance of our cloud environment. Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure services. Define and implement cloud architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and reliability across cloud projects. Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions on Azure, leveraging Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, and other Azure services. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or similar tools to automate the provisioning and deployment of cloud resources. Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions integrating Azure with on-premises environments, other public cloud providers, and third-party services using Azure ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and API management. Design and implement Azure security controls, identity and access management (IAM) policies, encryption mechanisms, and compliance frameworks to protect data and mitigate risks. Optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, leveraging Azure Advisor, Azure Cost Management, and other monitoring and optimization tools. Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for cloud-native application development on Azure, including microservices architecture, containerization, and serverless computing. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers on Azure-related topics, including architecture design, implementation, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services, features, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure.
