Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
with Compensation Module Expertise

Location: Remote (Need to travel to LA once in a month)

Duration: 6+ Months

Visa: No OPT, CPT, H1B

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with
clients to understand their compensation requirements and translate them
into Oracle HCM Cloud configuration solutions.

Design and implement compensation plans,
programs, and structures within the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module.

Configure compensation components such as
salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and equity plans to meet client
specifications.

Customize compensation workflows, approval
processes, and notifications to automate compensation administration.

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and
issue resolution during the implementation phase.

Provide end-user training and support to
ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud
Compensation module.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including HR, finance, and IT, to integrate compensation processes with
other modules and systems.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best
practices, and Oracle updates related to compensation management.

Participate in pre-sales activities,
including solution demonstrations and proposal development, to showcase
our expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

Continuously assess and improve the
effectiveness of compensation processes and configurations to drive
business value for clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or
related field. (Masters degree preferred)

Proven experience implementing and
configuring Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Compensation module.
Oracle Certification is a plus.

In-depth understanding of compensation
principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to
translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools and
technologies, including Oracle Fusion Middleware, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

Excellent communication skills, with the
ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team
members.

Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with full lifecycle implementation
projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention
to detail.

Ability to work independently as
well as collaboratively within a team.
