Ideal candidates will have experience administering ServiceNow IT Operations Management and IT Service Management. The ServiceNow Administrator should be able to: provide guidance and expertise in the administration and maintenance of ServiceNow Discovery; develop and maintain catalog items and associated workflows to orchestrate configuration management processes; maintain hygiene of the configuration management database (CMDB) by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems; review, troubleshoot and resolve Discovery, CMDB, and other ServiceNow incidents with little direction; build and update business process and technical implementation documentation for ServiceNow; monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application. Additionally, successful candidates will have a fundamental understanding of networking and experience in Windows administration. Candidates with experience in Linux administration and proficiency in Javascript and Powershell .
