Minimum [X] years of experience in designing and implementing business process automation solutions. Proven expertise in PEGA platform with experience in PEGA PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) and PEGA BPM (Business Process Management) frameworks. Strong understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and business process modeling concepts. Experience with PEGA implementation methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. PEGA certification(s) such as Certified PEGA System Architect (PCSA) or Certified PEGA Business Architect (PCBA) is preferred. Experience with other business process automation tools and technologies is a plus.
