To be clear, Im more concerned with them being a SME, than them being a training expert, but Id like them to have had some background or exposure in training people. Could have been part of an official training role or serving as a leader on a team where they trained new staff, something like that. And, Id like them to be interested in going permanent if they are good and like the work. When not doing training for staff or helping answer questions, they will be doing NetworX Pricer work, like building rate sheets or working tickets.
