| Company: JM Family Enterprises Title: D365 F&O Project Manager Pay Rate: $60-65/hour C2C TARGET Requirement to be onsite at 9987 Pritchard Rd, Jacksonville, FL location at least 4 days / week MUST HAVE: Dynamics 365 F&O project management (including tracking financials), multi-year implementation projects, supply chain experience, PROACTIVE, strong communication Interview Process: 1st round MS Teams video with Pavan (Hiring Manager) and another PM 2nd round ONSITE with Director and business team 3rd round MS Teams video with Portfolio Manager Project Manager will be responsible for the direction planning execution controlling and completion of large and complex projects ensuring compliance with the companys project methodologies standards processes commitments and goals. Technologies: The solution will leverage the following technologies: - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Customer Engagement: Serving as the front-end platform it will provide a user-friendly interface for managing incentives. - Dynamics 365 ISV Partner Incentives Rules Engine: This partner solution will handle complex incentive rules and calculations. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Finance and Operations: Ensuring accurate financial reflection related to dealer incentives. Role Overview: As a D365 FO Project Manager you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO project. Your responsibilities will include project planning resource management budget tracking and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Youll collaborate closely with clients developers and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: -Define and manage implementation project plans using established methodologies. -Work directly with clients to understand project scope objectives and requirements. -Identify and manage the resources needed to meet project goals. -Accurately budget and track expenditures to deliver solutions on time. -Assure methodologies and best practices are followed. -Create change orders related to scope or requirement changes. -Create project integrated project plan and monitor critical paths for Build Validate Deploy and Operate phases. Team Management: -Develop and mentor consultants on the software and methodology. -Ensure projects are appropriately forecasted and resourced. -Promote best practices in project delivery including templates work plans and methodologies. -Oversee Technical Solution Architect FO Developers Production/Finance/Supply Chain Functional Consultants during new implementations and existing solutions support. -Communication and Collaboration: -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers business analysts and technical experts. -Communicate project progress risks and issues to stakeholders. -Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
