Knowledge of Ruby Scripting (Nice to have): Familiarity with Ruby scripting language is desirable. Ability to write, debug, and maintain Ruby scripts to enhance automation capabilities and customize solutions as needed. Familiarity with PowerAutomate (Nice to have): Basic understanding of PowerAutomate (formerly Microsoft Flow) is advantageous. Ability to leverage PowerAutomate for integrating workflows and automating tasks within the Microsoft ecosystem. Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of automation solutions.
