Design and implement automation solutions to collect, analyze, and visualize data for automated dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs, KRIs, and metrics relevant to business objectives and operational performance. Develop automation frameworks and tools to automate data collection, aggregation, and reporting processes. Create automated dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Test and validate automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability. Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing automated dashboards and interpreting KPI/KRI metrics. Continuously monitor and optimize automated processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in automation engineering with a focus on automating KPIs, KRIs, metrics, and dashboards. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
