Location : Memphis TN ((Hybrid, Will Report Onsite Every Wednesday) Duration : 3+ months CTH JOB DESCRIPTION : Designing and maintaining robust, scalable software architecture for elements of CMS software systems, overseeing programming, implementation, and maintenance revisions of specified projects, and providing consultation regarding applications and systems needs. MUST HAVE Experience in .NET, Oracle and building API is a must. 5 years of development and SDLC experience required. Responsibilities: Ensure software scalability and data integrity across all claims-related applications. Align software compatibility with overall business, IT, and infrastructure strategies. Identify and direct strategies for maintaining JURIS data and application integration. Collaborate with management and colleagues to develop overall designs and define projects for strategic technology initiatives. Consult with project managers to identify project overlaps and areas of improvement. Assist in the implementation of large client programs involving multiple interfaces or system modifications. Manage analyst/programmers as necessary. Review software change requests and recommend specific actions. Provide recommendations for prioritizing tactical and strategic change requests. Assist in projecting software and hardware requirements for claims-related applications. Additional Functions and Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Support the organization's quality program(s). Supervisory Responsibilities: Administer company personnel policies and follow staffing standards and training recommendations. Interview, hire, and establish colleague performance development plans. Conduct colleague performance discussions. Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Management preferred; Master's degree strongly preferred. Experience: Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including seven years of software and development experience. Five years of hands-on programming experience in database and data-driven applications strongly preferred. Skills & Knowledge: High-level knowledge of software development areas, including software development life cycle methodologies, specification development, security, application modularization, and logic specifications. Strong oral and written communication, technical writing, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Leadership, management, and motivational skills. Analytical, interpretive, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed performance competencies. Work Environment: Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines. Physical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required. Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision, and talking. Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required.
