Job Description:

The Procurement Administrator is responsible for monitoring the procurement system, and ensuring all procurement requests are processed according to the procurement playbook. In addition, this role will collect vendor information, prepare purchase orders, and assist with general administration in the procurement department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Monitor the procurement requisition intake system to ensure processing within expected and established SLAs

Ensure requisitions include all appropriate information and necessary supporting documents (order forms, MSA, SOWS, etc.) required.

Organize, summarize, and manage the efficient and effective stakeholder approval process.

Follow the Procurement playbook to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery.

Identify opportunities for cost savings, consolidation, and efficiencies with purchases.

Provide exceptional customer service to both requestors (internal team members) and vendor partners.

Collect and file vendor and contractor information in the Supplier Management System

Identify when to escalate or engage other Procurement team members

Prepare Purchase Orders and arrange contract form execution

Ability to pivot as needed both with internal processes and requisition type

As duties as assigned as needed in order to fulfill the function

Support and backfill the contract administrator role as needed.

Limited and as needed Facilities responsibility for office located in your country.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of two years of relevant experience in administration or procurement

Knowledge of procurement management systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products

Confident and positive attitude in facing complex organizations and processes

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction

Ability to present self in professional manner

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
