Should have strong knowledge and experience on HADR configuration and troubleshooting. Should have strong knowledge and experience database diagnostics tools, inbuilt, DMC. Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, index creation, partition creation and management and other related monitoring, troubleshooting tools. Capacity planning Ability to troubleshoot the issue and handle the situation whenever required.
