Background: national criminal search, county criminal search, sex offender registry, social security IDTrace, restricted/denied/excluded parties list check, and E-Verify Top Technical skills: PowerBi dashboards and Reports Dev Strong in Complex SQL Server, and Database Administration Performance Tuning, Data Analysis, Data warehouse management Qualifications: 4-7 Years of Database Administration, Data Analysis, PowerBi Dashboard and Reports Development Strong SQL Server and ability to spin up a Database Performance Tuning Minimum Education and Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Expertise and experience in preparing high level requirements, use cases, business requirement documents, functional specifications, and traceability matrix. Proven ability to map business process and workflows, conducting gap analysis and documenting requirements, ensuring requirements are developed and tested. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations to stakeholders Strong Complex SQL Server and relational databases, having built and/or managed dashboards and reports in BI applications Communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a bonus.
