Requirements include: Multiple years of experience with Cisco routers and switches in a senior network engineering role is a must Deep best practices engineering, solution design, and troubleshooting knowledge of network routing at the core and edge Multiple years of configuring, managing, and troubleshooting BGP and EIGRP is a must Multiple years of experience engineering, managing, and troubleshooting large WAN and SDWAN environments Multiple years of large Cisco DMVPN network experience Ability to quickly independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network routing and configuration issues Inspires confidence from leadership and peers that they are a networking, network services, and Cisco SME by quickly and effectively resolving problems and solutioning and implementing improvements to existing network configurations Can effectively diagram, document, and communicate solution designs Ability to work independently or with a team as needed to solve network issues and engineer network solutions quickly and efficiently Has experience with firewall configuration and understands and can effectively work with security engineers to troubleshoot firewall issues Cisco FTD firewall, Umbrella, SIG, or ISE experience is a plus Understands and can troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and other network services issues Communicates effectively including verbal and written communication to facilitate, document, and communicate root cause problem identification and resolution Wakes up every day excited to troubleshoot and solve tough network issues and solution network improvements -- Keywords: cprogramm information technology Florida North Carolina Network Engineer | Kforce | Tampa, FL [email protected] |
