| From: Mahendra Rao, VBeyond Corporation [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing well, One of my clients is looking for, Primary Skills: Identity and access management ,Policy enforcement, Access migrations/ Access Control, security operations Contract Type: C2C Duration: 9 months + Extendable Location: Local to Sunnyvale, CA (Remote for now) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Candidate will run predefined processes and manage tier-1 or 1 & 2 support for various services. They will be expected to make minor updates to existing processes as needed and may escalate to access management FTEs only as required/needed. Tier 1 support - triage for tickets in " Payments Access Troubleshooting component Connect the requestor to the most appropriate role or provide a policy update on an existing role. Tier 1 & 2 Fulfillment of "Policy Updatescomponent Required to enable business access to payments data and tools Tier 1: Access integrators support: Execute on process for access migrations outlined in an SOP and design doc. Identity and access management - group administration Identity and access management (IAM) - Policy enforcement engine Code review system, for reviewing submissions - Note: this should not require a significant amount of technical expertise Web-hosted IDE used to save, edit, submit configuration files - Note: this should not require a significant amount of technical expertise JOB REQUIREMENTS Basic linux command line familiarity skills required: Must know basic directory operations (move/copy/remove/update files). Comfortable using shell to run commands: reading log files, resolving conflicts with files within the system. History of operating independently, previous technical or business analyst experience (> 3 yrs) Comfortable operating within the bounds of a predefined process independently History of security operations, operations, or service roles that presented ample opportunities for stakeholder management, performance SLOs, and operations delivery. Comfortable performing first-pass triage of end-user escalation, questions, etc Meet with stakeholders to ensure communication is easy and transparent regarding project issues and product decisions. Produce accurate and timely status reporting of in-scope activities. Participate in periodic meetings, as required, with managers and/or team members to review known bugs and improve the access & infrastructure program.
