Well versed with Oracle Order Management customization, both technically and functionally.2. Address functional issues promptly and provide effective resolutions. 70% functional knowledge, 30% technical knowledge.3. Implement and optimize Oracle R12 Order Management integrations with other systems.4. Experience with Oracle integration with warehouse automation systems.5. Develop, maintain, and enhance custom solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.6. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency.7. Trouble shooting data corruption issues and work with product vendor for data fix and permanent fix.8. Analyze existing warehouse processes and recommend improvements.9. Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle R12 OM utilization.10. Conduct training sessions to educate juniors on Oracle R12 OM functionality.11. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.12.
