Job Title: Scrum Master with ServiceNow Location: Remote But need Local to MA Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Visa Type: No H1/CPT Local or Nearby only Job Description:- Must have : ServiceNow product knowledge in CMDB/APM and SAM/HAM required Scrum Certification (CSM) Must have CMDB/APM. SAFe Agile at least knowledge Great Communication The scrum master is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of ServiceNow projects and ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The scrum master is responsible for managing and delivering IT and business solutions using Safe Agile framework best practices. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor Scrum process and meetings to increase team efficiency, advocate for self-organization and encourage problem-solving Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies Assemble and coordinate project staff Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Conduct accurate capacity planning Guide, coach, and motivate the team, leading by example, to increase productivity Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals Create a team environment that is open, non-judgmental, and trustworthy, while emphasizing problem-solving Protect the scrum team from outside interference during a sprint Remove impediments or guide the team on how to remove impediments Assess team maturity and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace Report on team progress each sprint through defined metrics Communicate effectively within the scrum team and to business stakeholders, improve transparency Partner with the product owner, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure the scrum team focus is on the highest business value Assist product owner, business analysts, and other team members in refining backlog and ensuring a steady stream of work is available for the team Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams, making sure that projects are successful and that teams are enabled to deliver with excellence Participate in project estimation sessions with the technical and business stakeholders May perform traditional project management on non-scrum projects Executing backlog grooming and PI planning readiness and ceremonies Requirements & Skills ServiceNow product knowledge in CMDB/APM and SAM/HAM required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business (or equivalent work experience) Servant leadership Qualification in IT project management or equivalent Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of IT project management Proven experience in people management Proven experience in strategic planning Proven experience in risk management Proven experience in change management Strong leadership skills Ability to lead a project team and manage high performing resources Ability to work with teams that are not co-located Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization Fluency with agile tools, especially Rally Skills in business supporting applications: Excel, Word, Power-Point, Visio 3+ years managing either infrastructure or software development projects, preferably using an agile methodology Proven track record of managing and delivering high profile internal and external projects Agile certification such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master (preferred), PMI ACP Experience working with a software development team that is diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory Understanding of SDLC and software development processes Knowledge of patterns and practices for facilitation of scrum teams Critical thinking and problem solving Planning and organizing Personal Qualities Decision-making Communication Influencing and leading Keywords: information technology Colorado Massachusetts Urgent Requirement || Scrum Master with ServiceNow || Remote But need Local to MA ||6+Months [email protected] |
