Position: Palantir (BigData Analytics) Architect Locations: Chicago, IL 60601 Duration: Contract Job Description: Expertise in Palantir Data Foundry, Ontology and Python. Experience in Pyspark and Python Expert in writing shell scripts to execute various job scheduler Hands-on experience in Palantir & PySpark to build data pipes. Experience in deployment teams to execute securely in customer technical environments, design sustainable architectures, and act as a thought partner to customer. Good knowledge of Palantir components Good exposure to RDMS Basic understanding of Data Mappings and Workflows. Design, Develop and implement effective Analytics solutions and models with Palantir. Design, architect and implement effective Analytics solutions and models using technologies including, but not limited to Spark and Hadoop. Examine and identify data warehouse structural necessities by evaluating business requirements. Assess Datawarehouse implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations. Prepare accurate Datawarehouse design and architecture reports for management and executive teams. Monitor the system's performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features. Recommend solutions to improve new and existing application solutions. Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner. Guidance to developers in preparing functional/technical specs to define reporting requirements and the ETL process.
