Solid background in network administration and architecture. In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), web traffic encryption/decryption, PKI and certificates. Familiarity with network access control model and network security. Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Extensive experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration and management. Knowledge of web traffic filtering, monitoring, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with Panorama for centralized management of Palo Alto firewalls. Experience with network security policies, rules, NATs, and security profiles. Proficient in coding languages for scripting (e.g., Python, Perl).
