Hands-on experience installing and deploying new versions of Tableau software across all lifecycle environments. Experience building complex reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Tableau. Experience in the creation and use of visualizations and conducting data analysis. Critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to work independently or collaboratively is required. Thorough understanding of data warehouse techniques (dimensional models and aggregation techniques). IT customer service experience providing user support to include providing technical support/resolutions and direction on non-technical aspects of the software use at SSA. Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical/business stakeholders and conversely, communicate business information to a technical audience. Experience in adapting to changing environments. Candidate must be willing to exercise patience and be able to adapt and respond to rapidly changing priorities while maintaining a respectful and positive attitude with team members and stakeholders. Experience in conducting training sessions or facilitating business presentations such as user groups. Possess the ability to drive insights into actions that improve the teams service delivery or user experience. Excellent communication and written skills Education: 7+ years with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. Desired Skills) Working knowledge of Tableau Prep. Experience writing advanced SQL queries and designing data models in Greenplum, Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and DB2.
