| Role : Project Manager Location: Maumee OH (onsite) Client: UST/Dana JOb Description :- The role of Project Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions is responsible for the Planning, Scheduling, and Delivery of work and artifacts related to the successful Integration of a Merger or Acquisition. Objectives of the role Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans icluding risk mitigation Coordiate internal and external resources to ensure project is delivered on-time, on-scope, and on-budget Analyze project status and when necessary, revise scope, schedule.
