Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into technical solutions. Microsoft O365 Administration : Demonstrate proficiency in administering the standard suite of O365 security, compliance, and monitoring tools. Configure and manage O365 policies to align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Security and Compliance : Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements by configuring and monitoring O365 security features, including data protection, encryption, access controls, and auditing. User and Group Management : Manage user accounts and groups within O365, establishing permissions and access levels to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data integrity. Solid understanding of O365 security standards and compliance requirements. Experience in user and group management within O365 environments.
