Job Title: Network Support Technician Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: Contract Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with 9 Plus Years of relevant experience Certified Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco network professional preferred. At least five years' experience as a network support technician. In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, and security. Superb analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Availability to perform urgent network repairs outside of business hours. Experience with Cisco routers and switches Ability to troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions Good working knowledge in VPN, VDI, operating system and Network components such as Routers, firewall, MTU, Wireshark. Must have good knowledge of Wireshark, Zscaler and Network technologies. Good knowledge of network concepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet) Specialist technical experience, ideally within a support role of which at least 2 years must be in a support role. 1 to 3 years of experience providing onsite and/or remote technical support to end-users in PC and Mac environments.
