Need 8+ years of experience. We are seeking a talented VMware Engineer to join our team on-site in Salt Lake City, UT. As a VMware Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our vSphere environment within a Linux/Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) setting. Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure. Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VMware systems. Implement security measures and best practices within the VMware environment. Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Requirements: Proven experience working with VMware vSphere technologies. Strong background in Linux, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Familiarity with storage technologies such as SAN/NAS. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Experience with virtualization management and automation tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification. Experience with VMware NSX for network virtualization. Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
