Understanding of fundamental marketing principles, including segmentation and attributions for email, push notifications, and SMS campaigns. Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis. Experience with additional engineering platforms and familiarity with SAS models. Prior experience with Punchh or other loyalty platforms is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Selling Points: Opportunity to contribute to the transformation of marketing technology within the company. Involvement in the initiation of the C360 platform a couple of years ago. Participation in updating the CRM system to Braze. Transitioning from a current partner's outgoing business to the production of Punchh. Contribution to creating personalized experiences for customers during a pivotal period of change within the company. Desired Skills and Experience: This position entails two roles: one focusing on Braze and the other on Punchh. The contract duration extends until the end of the year with potential for extension. Management of these platforms will be overseen by Lesa. Remote work is permitted, provided candidates can work within the EST time zone. Braze implementation is the primary focus, having already been in production since December, while Punchh is scheduled to go live in June.
