| Role: EDI B2B sterling Developer Location: Atlanta, GA Remote: No Exp: 8+ JD: We are seeking a skilled EDI B2B Sterling Developer with a comprehensive understanding of operational support, cloud infrastructure, messaging services, and problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supporting and developing various IT systems, particularly in the realm of Azure infrastructure, EDI, and Sterling Integrator. Key Responsibilities: Operational Support Experience : Minimum 3+ years of operational support experience, including incident management, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls), and security awareness (encryption, authentication, authorization). Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Computing : Good understanding of Azure infrastructure, services, and tools. Experience with cloud computing concepts and Azure services is highly desirable. Messaging Services : Proficiency in messaging services like Kafka, JMS, MQ, and experience with Sterling Integrator for B2B integration. Knowledge of communication protocol setups and map development using Sterling Integrator is required. Monitoring and Alerting : Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics for system health monitoring and interpreting alerts. Scripting and Automation : Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automating tasks and interpreting existing scripts. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and address technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders during incident management and resolution. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of operational support experience. 8+ years of support and development experience in EDI and Sterling Integrator. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Additional Skills (Desirable): Experience in new trading partner onboarding and business process development. Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls). Familiarity with security concepts related to messaging services.
