Role Scope / Deliverables:

Implement enhancements for existing users (case routing/autoreplies, filtering, out-of-office re-assignment, share management of cases, metrics/SLAs calculation, functionality harmonization/standardization).

Design, develop, and rollout email-to-case to four order management teams (Production Chemicals, Purification/Pharma Analytics, SUD Singapore, and SUD Santa Clara).

Key Skills:

Configuration (page layouts, profiles/sharing rules/permission sets, flows, record types, quick actions, etc)

Experience with the Lighting UI

Experience with email-to-case

Based on current requirements a limited amount of functionality may require some APEX and/or LWC development (10% or less of total project)
