Production support experience Here is the job description of the EPM support resource. Accounting and SDM Systems Support Responsible for support of EPM Accounting systems, close processes and Enterprise Data Management. Support the close and consolidation process in FCC and integrations between EPM and other systems using EPM Agent, Data Management, Python, Groovy and SQL. Create and maintain EPCM business rules, models and custom MDX allocation scripts to support the Tax transfer Pricing. Experience in supporting FCCS, Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS), EPM Automate, Data Management , Oracle Hyperion Essbase. Provide day-to-day production support including creating and maintaining technical documentation and support procedures. Stay up to date on emerging technologies in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) space. Understanding of close processes (consolidation, translation, eliminations), Oracle GL, COA, accounting, Oracle SQL, ETL processes, multidimensional analysis, databases, data calculation, and aggregation techniques. Experience with Operational support and project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Support recurring day-to-day operation and on-call rotation for the Oracle EPM solution & Oracle OCI Infrastructure. Participate in regression testing of Oracle software updates and patches. Manage security across different EPM applications based on the access requests.
