PALM or similar financial systems OR gov exp exp implementing: data warehouse/business intelligence solutions; Financials and Payroll implementations; Data cleansing and conversion; Data integration; System, integration and end-user testing; Cutover planning and execution; Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+ Location: Tallahassee, FL Rate : as per market /try for minimum PLEASE SEND LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (currently located in FL) Client: Florida Department of Financial Services Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension(s) Requirements: Experience performing activities directly related to ERP (5+ years). Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio. Experience using Smartsheet or other similar collaboration tools. Experience implementing PeopleSoft or Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (or legacy versions of this solution). Preferred: Experience working with the State or with other state governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count. Experience implementing data warehouse/business intelligence solutions. Financials and Payroll implementations; Data cleansing and conversion; Data integration; System integration and end-user testing; Cutover planning and execution Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+ and fluid page development. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technologies, Business Management, Accounting, or related field Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide day-to-day support for ERP and PeopleSoft activities under the direction of the Departments Contract Manager. Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks associated with ERP. Act as a subject matter expert for ERP and PeopleSoft, offering solution recommendations. Evaluate designs and configurations for Financials, Payroll, Data Warehouse, Data Integration, Testing, and Cutover Planning. Conduct knowledge transfer/training sessions as directed by the Department. Offer overall project support, including status reporting, template development, meeting facilitation, risk mitigation, and tool maintenance. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Departments Contract Manager or delegate, including transition services and troubleshooting in the production system.
